2. Overall scheme design

The three-dimensional cultivation of vegetables with different light characteristics, fully utilizing the space and light characteristics inside the greenhouse, and unleashing the production potential of limited ground.
Multi functional greenhouse: Each greenhouse covers an area of 3000 square meters (excluding 1425 square meters of front and rear roads), with an installed capacity of 73.92 kW; In the multifunctional shed, components are arranged on the top of the bacterial room, and it is recommended to use 280W high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon components for the components.
Multi functional sheds belong to intelligent photovoltaic agriculture. Planting plants in a winter warm greenhouse in front of the shed, factory style edible mushroom farming behind the shed, and electricity generation on the roof of the shed. One shed for three purposes, energy cycling, water conservation, land conservation, and energy conservation.

3. Investment and income calculation

Overall investment: The unit cost of the connected greenhouse is about 350 yuan/m2, and the average unit cost of the multifunctional greenhouse is about 310 yuan/m2. The overall project cost is estimated;
Agricultural revenue: The initial investment cost for agricultural production equipment and cultivation systems in the project is 215 million yuan, and the annual material and maintenance costs for the agricultural sector are 20 million yuan. According to preliminary calculations, the investment payback period for agricultural projects is approximately 6.5 years.
Partial revenue from photovoltaics: The first year of operation for the project is 1020 hours, with an average of 921.68 hours and an average annual net profit of 8.9515 million yuan. Based on a capital of 20%, the pre tax internal rate of return before financing is 8.31%, the capital return rate is approximately 12.33%, and the investment payback period is 10.12 years.

4. Recommended development and business model

Method 1: The two major sectors of agriculture and photovoltaics are invested by photovoltaic companies. After completion, the photovoltaic and agricultural parts are independently operated by the photovoltaic and agricultural entities, respectively. The land leasing costs are borne by the agricultural companies, and the greenhouses can be used free of charge or pay a small rent. Agricultural enterprises hire farmers;
Method 2: The photovoltaic part is invested by photovoltaic enterprises, while the agricultural part is funded by photovoltaic enterprises or invested and constructed by local agricultural companies/cooperatives. During the operation period, the photovoltaic enterprises pay the rent for the roof.
